Nitride bonded Silicon Carbide has become the ideal sidewall lining for the aluminium reduction cell process – Block, Brick & Tile. With high strength and high thermal conductivity, it also exhibits excellent oxidation resistance, cryolite melt and resistance to molten aluminium. IMS NBSC also has very low thermal expansion.
